With 20 years’ experience as Client Services Director, I have a natural passion for developing both existing and new business. My team management skills and desire to do things properly, ensure that we not only look after our current clients but that we make the most of every potential new business opportunity. This mindset has helped t&s quadruple in size since its launch in 2011. During my early days, I worked for nearly ten years within local media, mainly within the automotive sector, and left to take my first agency role at Euro RSCG Riley Bristol, where I worked on a mixture of education recruitment and automotive clients – and more importantly, where I met fellow t&s founder, Ryan Belbin. Both Ryan and I went on to work at sbw advertising, but had a shared desire to do things differently and left alongside Brian Kings, Finance Director, to set up t&s creative communications (formerly twist and shout) in 2011. 13 years later, t&s creative communications has grown from strength to strength, with 23 full-time members of staff, a bright shiny new office and ambitious plans for the future. We have come a very long way in a relatively short period of time and I couldn’t be more proud. My role is simple - to look after the team, the clients and build the agency, and to never forget why you started on the rollercoaster that is agency life. Let’s face it, it’s not easy, but if you can enjoy the highs and learn from the lows – it’s the best life in the world.
