After 8 years leading the Medical Communications practice, during which time turnover more than trebled, I became the youngest female partner in the Firm. My current role as Operations Director encompasses business strategy and planning, financials, new business, team leadership and providing clients with strategic and scientific counsel (across a variety of therapy areas). In addition, I spearhead our Firm-wide leadership programme and balance my role at AXON with volunteering as a Board Member of the HCA.
