About Emma Caldwell

I am a recent graduate from Sewanee: The University of the South, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business while also competing as a recruited athlete on the varsity tennis team. As team captain, I learned how to lead with purpose, communicate effectively, and support high-performing teams on and off the court.My passion for sports and business has guided my academic and professional journey. At Sewanee, I worked with the Consulting Club to develop a marketing strategy for a local business and served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee to enhance the student-athlete experience. These collaborative projects sparked my interest in how strategic thinking and storytelling come together in marketing.I spent summers working at a local country club, where I led junior and adult tennis clinics and lessons, executed special events, and assisted members. This hands-on experience taught me how to stay composed under pressure, think on my feet, and deliver great service, all skills that translate well into client-facing industries like sports, entertainment, marketing and advertising.I’m passionate about creating meaningful, memorable experiences for others and excited to bring my energy, creativity, and team mindset to the world of sports and entertainment.
