My high-performing team of Talent Attraction Managers work in close partnership with programmatic media, insights and content centres of excellence to deliver data-driven, brand-led solutions with impact across international markets.As part of the Talent Attraction Senior Leadership Team, I also assist in defining the strategic direction of the function - driving continuous improvement, operational transformation and the adoption of marketing best practice on a global scale. Work is centred on integrating emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics, to strengthen decision-making, enhance candidate experience and future-proof how employer brands activate in the market.A significant element of the remit involves shaping innovative talent marketing and sourcing solutions, informing go-to-market strategies and clearly articulating the measurable value of our capability to clients.At the core is a commitment to aligning sourcing and attraction strategy with broader organisational objectives - creating global marketing impact that is insight-led, commercially grounded and delivers clear ROI.
