Lead a 7k patient surgery with a staff headcount of 30. I lead a team of GPs, Practice Nurses, HCA, Secretaries, administrators as well as a number of ARRS staff - physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health practitioners and living well coordinators. I am responsible for all : HR including succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, absence and conduct management, training and development and the full appraisal process for all excluding GPsFinance including procurement, bookkeeping, service claims, EOY accounting, QOF and IIF target achievement Operations including health and safety, management of the building, contractors, leases and planned preventative maintenanceCompliance including CQC audits and preparations Strategy for the practice - I create, own and implement business plans to model the growth and aspirations of our surgery I also represent the practice in our federations board and on the board of our PCN
