Hi, I\'m Emma, a UNC alum with a B.S. in Biology and a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative research. I\'m currently working at mdgroup, where I support services that put patients first in clinical trials, with a growing focus on decentralized and hybrid trial models (DCTs).At mdgroup, I collaborate with sponsors and research professionals to help remove barriers to participation and improve patient experiences across all phases of clinical development. I\'m driven by a deep interest in the intersection of science, technology, and human care and how we can better deliver clinical solutions on a global scale.Recent graduate of Durham Tech’s Clinical Trials Research Associate program (Spring 2025 cohort), where I have been building on my academic foundation and hands-on experience to grow in the clinical research space.With a background in the fast-paced veterinary industry and team-based environments, I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every project.
