UX research nerd.I\'m fascinated by human behaviour and love that UX gives me the space to learn about people and create things that help make their lives a little better.I\'m determined that the products and services that I help design are equitable and intuitive while being mindful of the impact they\'re having on the environment. I come with a heap of integrity, strongly held ethics and morals that guide the way I work, empathy and optimism. I\'m fiercely determined to navigate and remove barriers to doing solid, equitable user centred design for myself and my teams.I\'m strong at leading and inspiring teams. I enjoy upskilling others, sharing what I know and developing people\'s confidence and abilities. I love working with teams and people that challenge how I think and how I do things.
