I work with the Internal Audit and Controls Advisory teams within T&T, primarily responsible for the Controls, Change and Advisory teams. Some aspects of my role are:• Responsible for producing, analysing, manipulating and circulating MI to stakeholders with appropriate highlights and insightful commentary. • Creating and maintaining reports showing changes in forecast and analysing potential impact to upcoming utilisation, revenue and impact on pipeline demand.• Formulating and delivering end to end resource plans with built in contingency plans, and alternative models when needed, ensuring the project can run smoothly, on time, to budget with the correct skills.• Interacting with stakeholders and senior leadership to be able to maintain an up-to-date view of pipeline and proactively suggest resources based on skills, grade and location to ensure the best placed allocation to establish the best possible results for the client.• Developing and maintaining relationships with my resources so that I can better understand their skills, preferences and career goals so that I can support them when looking for new roles.• I am the first point of contact for resourcing escalations, offering solutions and alternatives when appropriate.• I have trained and coached a team member who was new to the role sharing my knowledge and mentoring them through difficult situations, how to present reports to leadership and how to tell stories with the data shared.• Hosting regular calls with partners, appraising them on the current position, challenges, upcoming forecast and variances from the plan.• Monitoring and updating data held in the internal system to ensure accuracy.
