I am an experienced registered manager of an Ofsted rating “Outstanding” residential children’s home and senior service manager supporting various services. I have a master’s degree in forensic psychology and Level 5 in Leadership and Management, contributing to the effective recruitment, retention and running of therapeutic homes. I am able to develop excellent therapeutic relationships with children and vulnerable adults, as well as their significant others and professionals working with them, supporting to make lifelong and lasting differences to their life.
