I also oversee real estate strategy, including location viability assessments, lease negotiations, office renovations, and branding. Leveraging data-driven decision-making, I design and implement Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, financial performance, and regional operational efficiencies.In collaboration with HR and organizational development teams, I lead change management initiatives, including hybrid work models, team restructuring, and the implementation of national training programs. My focus is on enhancing operational performance, guiding teams through change, and driving strategic initiatives that support long-term business success.
