Internally, I provide support to franchise owners in need of insect identification and treatment advice, and I contribute to our monthly newsletters and touch-base meetings. This unique opportunity allows me to glimpse into the world of pest management and content marketing while doing what I love most: sparking fascination and interest in arthropods of all kinds!
