Coordinate and implement Brighton Future Forward afterschool programming for 15+ youth (ages 7–13) residing in Boston Housing Authority’s Faneuil Gardens development, centering social-emotional learning, academic support, and community connection-Supervise a team of 7 program specialists and volunteers; lead recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure quality and safety in daily program operations-Partner with local organizations including BU Government and Community Affairs, West End House, Artisans Asylum, Allston Brighton Youth Coalition, and Oak Square YMCA to deliver cross-sector youth engagement opportunities and neighborhood-based enrichment-Collaborate with ABCDC’s communications team and the Allston Brighton Youth Athletic Committee to launch a youth athletics webpage, streamlining access to local programs and resources-Organized and co-hosted neighborhood events including the McKinney Park Youth Field Day and coordinated the BFF Program\'s involvement in the City of Boston’s Love Your Block cleanup initiative-Advocate for immigrant families by distributing Know Your Rights resources
