I\'m a civic tech consultant at Alpha Omega in New York City with a background in UX design and product strategy. I love to work on lean, integrated product teams where discovery, delivery, and iteration happen side by side. For the past three years, I have been designing and delivering improvements to a large federal agency\'s case management system. Before Alpha Omega, I worked as a consultant at Publicis Sapient. My clients included Walmart, Invesco, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and a federal agency. I pitched for new work in the travel and hospitality, financial, and apparel industries. I graduated from Northwestern University in June, 2021 with a degree in Communications, Design, and Marketing.

   Client: A large federal agency- Led product design for enterprise tools serving users, including training portals, CMSs, and AI chatbots- Conducted bi-weekly research sprints and led developers and stakeholders in design studios- Designed technical enablement tools that drove 800% increased feature adoption within six weeks- Identified training gaps and successfully pitched leadership on a new dedicated training team, which shipped an LMS in under four months- Collaborated with engineers on scalable, accessible UI and improved a Claude Opus-powered chatbot\'s interface clarity and conversational flow- Owned end-to-end design, from ideation to wireframing to delivery
