Currently supporting the UK business in driving a strategic approach to Talent Management and Development through- Creation and delivery of a Talent mindset across the business, supporting leaders in understanding and delivery Talent philosophy, principles and tools- Strategic Talent Reviews with a focus on improving succession benchstrength, Talent Brokering, employee engagement and critical roles and needs - Driving data provision improvements with a view to better link all people analytics and provide predictive analytics and insights that align to business strategy and priorities- Maintain and improve Talent assessment (include use of psychometrics) to continue to raise the bar on Talent- Support design and delivery of Talent Development programmes at all levels that align to future needs of the business, including 121 and group coaching and support of identified Talents- Increasing collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Management and Development through internal mobility policies
