ABOUT EMMA FREUDENTHAL

I am an Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Fieldfisher in Birmingham.I support clients across the full range of legal disputes handled by our team, from general commercial litigation (in particular breach of contract claims relating to manufacturing), to specialist areas including competition litigation. I am currently working on a couple of substantial pieces of litigation being heard in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. For the past few years, I have been mentoring students through the University of Birmingham Mentoring Scheme and GROW mentoring to provide guidance to aspiring solicitors.Outside of work, I can generally be found in my garden trying to grow as many vegetables as possible.
