ABOUT EMMA FILMER
I have over 9 years’ experience in managing and recruiting within the education sector. Previous to working within the education recruitment sector, I have worked within and have managed nursery settings. I hold my Level 3 in childcare as well as a Level 6 BA Hons Degree in Childcare and Education. I am passionate and highly skilled within the education sector and am competent and enthusiastic about finding exceptional staff to work within the education sector. My current position is the Managing Consultant for our Early Years Division at Strategy Education. Strategy Education are an established and successful recruitment agency that also supplies staff to our Primary, Secondary, FE and SEN settings, We work closely with our clients to ensure that we provide staff who are a good match to the setting and have the right qualifications and experience for the post.
