I often wonder how many people scroll past the bio and skip to the employment history?Typically, there should now be a list here of key characteristics people think are important, but for me it comes down to this: commitment and passion. When employees care, when they are engaged, they use discretionary effort. The most important thing for me is understanding and building relationships with people. In business, it is important to remember that you can have the best strategy and the best building in the world, but if you don’t have the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life.That\'s the approach I always take, and whether a company has twenty staff or - if you truly commit with passion and fulfil the wishes of your employees, the employees will fulfil your visions.
