As a Recruiter at Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions, I leverage my multifaceted career spanning recruitment and accounting to identify and attract top talent for various clients and industries. I have been with the company since February 2020, after excelling as a Recruiting Coordinator and an On-Site Account Manager for over three years. I am skilled in conducting in-depth phone interviews, assessing candidates\' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and building meaningful relationships with both internal and external candidates. I uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment verifications, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of candidate information. I also coordinate schedules, facilitate management interviews with applicants, and play an integral role in the onboarding and orientation of new hires. In addition to my recruitment expertise, I have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on preparing tax returns and handling accounting aspects for tax returns. I am proficient in utilizing both QuickBooks Desktop and Online for accurate financial record-keeping, and I have successfully crafted responses to IRS letters, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of taxation laws, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Nova Southeastern University, expected to graduate in December 2024. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota. I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my knowledge in the field of human resources, and I am motivated by the opportunity to connect people with their ideal careers.
