Back in 2019, I wanted to create a recruitment and consultancy business that challenged the norm. One that would go the extra mile to create diverse and inclusive environments. Offering a service that cares and does things fairly and ethically. Having recruited senior finance positions across the region for over a decade, I’ve learnt that retaining the right talent is just as important as attracting the right talent and that the two should come hand in hand. This is why I wanted to set up a truly consultative company, that finds and attracts talent, but also offers support and guidance to growing and developing teams. I pride myself on bringing a personal and tailored approach, specialist regional knowledge and developing long-term clients.
