In my role as Executive Assistant at Schroders Investment Management, I provide strategic support to senior executives, including the Global Head of Client Technology, Global Head of Fintech, Innovation and AI Strategy, and the Head of Enterprise Change and Digital. I am instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating communication across pivotal business areas during transformative periods, operating with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:* Comprehensive Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, global travel logistics, expenses, and correspondence, ensuring strategic prioritisation and seamless alignment with business objectives.* Key Liaison Role: Act as the main trusted point of contact across global time zones, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making.* Operational Optimisation & Communication Enablement: Drive operational improvements by streamlining processes and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and strengthen alignment across senior stakeholders.* Change Management Leadership: Coordinate communications, onboarding, offboarding, and team transitions during organisational restructures to ensure smooth change and minimal disruption.* Meeting and Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality materials, agendas, and follow-ups that drive accountability and action.* Event Management: Organise and facilitate high-impact departmental events to bolster team cohesion and reinforce organisational culture.I combine strong interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset to deliver operational excellence and trusted executive support within a dynamic financial services environment.
