I am a Senior Change and Engagement leader with more than 20 years’ experience in business-critical transformational change for FTSE leader, Shell. Following early roles in sales and customer service management, process excellence, and competency development, I assumed global change responsibilities, culminating in my current role as Global Change Lead, where I lead change and engagement for the Real Estate, Business Operations and Corporate Travel function across >70 countries. Working closely with executive leaders across functions and markets, I support the design and implementation of some of Shell’s most transformative change programmes, with recent highlights including Future of Work, Sustainability, Worker Welfare, Organisation Effectiveness and DEI.My expertise includes: Leadership of Change & Engagement workstreams for high-profile change programmes that fundamentally transform organisational effectiveness and employee engagement of vast, multisite, multicultural businesses.
