After years of working in the corporate sector, I decided I wanted to move into the Charity Sector, My new role at Nightingale House Hospice has already been rewarding and special, to see the dedication and support to patients and their families to help them overcome life limiting illnesses.This role is completely new, designed for me, to develop a Major Donor Strategy and action it. I am also the lead on tribute funds and challenge campaigns. It is very humbling to see the amazing fundraising run by friends and families in aid of the hospice. The generosity of time and money of all people who get involved to support the running of this fantastic building is astounding.
