Summer 2024, 2025Worked as a replacement receptionist, in which I was tasked with replying to emails, project archiving, field note scanning, managing field sample deliveries for employees, preparing field note document binders for technicians, mail distribution for the office, booking business trips for employees, welcoming guests. Main responsibilities included making sure that the employees had the tools that they needed in order for the team in the office to work efficiently.
