ABOUT EMMA CHIVERS
Social and Digital Impact Manager of Thales UK Hardware Engineering function, with experience managing internal web platforms, developing and executing an internal communications strategy, running multiple campaigns including successful Roadshow events, using User Experience Research to understand audiences and create branding and content. I successfully bridge the gap between leadership and engineers across a range of levels as part of our Hardware Engineering Operations team. I have a Masters In Aerospace Engineering and have previously worked in both an Underwater systems role and an Avionics Systems Engineering role at Thales after graduating from the University of Bristol in 2021. Committed to volunteering as a STEM ambassador, to diversify the engineering sector and promote Women in Engineering. I was awarded the Graduate of the Year in 2025 at the Made in Manchester Awards.
