   In December 2018, I joined the Annenberg Foundation as Associate Director, assisting the Director in strategic planning, major project management and international cooperation. I am involved in the development of the Foundation\'s medium- and long-term development strategy, ensuring that the public service programs are closely aligned with social needs, and coordinating the management of large-scale public service programs, such as the Global Emergency Response Plan for Public Health, the Digital Inclusion and Educational Equity Program, to ensure that every dollar invested maximizes the social value of the Foundation. Ensure that every investment can maximize social value. During my tenure, I have made a number of notable achievements. The “Global Public Health Emergency Response Program”, which I led, played an important role during the New Crown Epidemic, with a cumulative investment of $20 million, providing 30 countries around the world with medical material assistance, financial support for vaccine research and development, and public health training services, and helping 100 healthcare organizations to improve their emergency response capabilities. The Digital Inclusion and Educational Equity Program, which focuses on the digital divide in low-income communities and developing countries in the U.S, has invested $15 million to equip 500 schools with digital teaching equipment, train teachers, and enable students to benefit from high-quality digital educational resources, and the evaluation of the program shows that An evaluation of the program showed that the academic performance of the beneficiary students increased by an average of 25%. I took the lead in optimizing the Foundation\'s project management process, introducing the concept of agile management and establishing a rapid response mechanism, which shortened the average time from project inception to implementation by 30% and increased the efficiency of fund use by 20%.
