Responsible for leading a team of regional data analysis and data control teams. The teams perform accurate and reliable data analysis and evaluation of in-line inspection data to facilitate the on-time and in-budget delivery of Pipeline Condition Reports for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. • Interface with commercial teams, review bids and ensure orders have the correct risk profile• Drive development programs to improve quality and productivity.• Meet with customers where required, ownership of customer feedback, responsiveness and interfacing with customers directly.• Manage competency training and assessment, team development with a focus on movement up and across certification levels & achievement of Quality Assessment.• Drive and deliver team goals, coaching, performance management and individual performance feedback.
