ABOUT EMMA BOOTH
Partner at PwC, working to help Financial Services clients to design and deliver compelling customer experiences, underpinned by digital technology. My background and experience focuses on Customer Experience and Transformation delivery, for leading Business, Commercial and Private Banks in the UK and Internationally. This includes leading on the establishment of the UK Government\'s \'Future Fund\', to help innovative SMEs through the Covid-19 pandemic. This programme was highly commended at the Management Consulting Awards 2021. My passion is working with clients and teams to define, shape and deliver new and existing customer offerings, enabled by technology, that creates tangible results. I achieve this through leading large multi-disciplinary, client and consulting teams of experience, technical and business specialists. I won the prestigious Management Consulting Association\'s ‘Team Leader of the Year Award’. I have also been a judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards, for Financial Services. Most recently, I’m really proud to be part of the Global Financial Services Partner Advisory Board with Salesforce, looking at how the platform continues delivering for customers
