I believe the best marketing leaders are shaped through experience, perspective and continuous learning—not theory alone.I lead The Marketing Academy’s Virtual Campus, delivering world class marketing leadership development to a global community of more than senior marketers. I launched, built and matured the program end to end: defining its vision, designing its structure, curating world class speakers, hosting live learning experiences and leading all communications. The result is a global platform recognised for impact, accessibility and exceptional learning quality.Before joining The Marketing Academy, I built my career in brand marketing and integrated communications, leading large scale, multi channel campaigns across Microsoft, SSE and Mitsubishi. I bring extensive end to end experience managing multi-million pound budgets (up to £23m) and leading high performing teams across both consumer and commercial environments.I began my career in sales and customer service before progressing into advertising and brand management. This grounding shaped a leadership style that is collaborative, delivery focused and detail driven, with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes on time, on budget and at scale.
