As the Director of Recruitment Events for Alpha Xi Delta Sorority at Indiana University, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and execution of all recruitment-related events, also known as sorority rush. In this leadership role, I work closely with our recruitment team to create engaging, welcoming, and impactful experiences for potential new members.Through this role, I have developed strong skills in event planning, team management, and communication, while also contributing to the growth and success of our chapter. Being the Director of Recruitment Events has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to play an integral part in shaping the future of our sisterhood.

I am Emma Bieberich, a dedicated student at Indiana University Bloomington, currently studying Community Health with a minor in Health Care Management & Policy. Each day, I am driven to make a positive impact on each person I encounter, especially through health and wellness. My academic journey, combined with my passion for leadership, has led me to take on roles that allow me to support others and continuously develop my skills.I am deeply passionate about improving healthcare systems, especially for individuals with chronic conditions. Living with Type 1 Diabetes, I understand firsthand the importance of accessible and supportive healthcare. This personal experience fuels my commitment to creating better health outcomes for others and has shaped my academic and career goals.
