As CFO, serve as key financial architect supporting the organization’s mission-driven growth, scaling fiscal operations, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.Key Results: Drove organizational budget growth from $17M to $30M, establishing a scalable financial infrastructure, rigorous forecasting models, and scenario planning to support the organization’s expanding national footprint. Spearheaded the organization’s transition from state-level to national nonprofit, navigating complex multi-state compliance requirements across 28 states and 65 cities, including regulatory filings, risk mitigation, and governance. Developed program cost analytics and visibility frameworks that provide organizational leaders with clear insight into the true cost of program execution across multiple cities, enabling smarter resource allocation and investment decisions. Designed and implemented recruitment and benefits strategies, including a competitive 401(k) program, to attract and retain top talent during a period of rapid national expansion.
