ABOUT EMMA BENSTEAD

An enthusiastic, loyal and hardworking individual with a continuous employment background in customer service, administration, sales and more recently operations and product. I’ve worked as both part of a team and in management positions working with both suppliers and customers alike. I am a dedicated team player who believes in leading by example. who wants to be part of an experienced, friendly, and motivated team. Flexible and adaptable I have a cheerful, polite and outgoing personality and very good communication skills. Looking for a job in the wider Lossiemouth area from July 2025 due to relocating with my husband’s work and I am happy to work remotely or from an office or in a role doing both. Keen to learn new things and expand on my skills, I am looking for a job with learning prospects and one that will present me with a new challenge whether that is in the gambling industry or a new sector. I have also completed a BA with the Open University gaining a BA Hons Open (Open) 2:1.I am currently on a career break while living in the United States. During this period I completed the above mentioned degree, self published a poetry book and created an Etsy shop for my photography/art business. Through these projects I have learned many new skills and systems such as Canva, KDP, Meta Business Hub, Wattpad, Reedsy, design, cover design, typesetting, type facing, editorial skills and marketing, especially SEO and social media marketing amongst others. I have also had an amazing opportunity to travel the United States and indulge in many different cultures. there.I left my role in the UK Online Gaming industry as a Bingo Operations Manager in 2022 when I moved to the United States. From that role I have a wide knowledge of the products and systems involved, primarily the Virtue Fusion Back Office. I started at Rank as the Bingo Executive and was promoted to Bingo Operations Manager within 9 months. At the time of taking over as Bingo Operations Manager I was the only member of the Bingo team so effectively doing the work of 4 people. A move back to the UK saw my role at Rank change to that of Product Owner managing the relationship with Playtech from ideation to product launch. My role switched back to Operations Manager after the role reopened and became available to candidates outside of our Gibraltar office. I continued to still manage elements of the Product Owner role.Prior to this I worked in Market Research and Travel Sales both of which I am still interested in. I am also very open to new challenges that allow for progression and learning
