Dance Marathon is a nationwide, student-led philanthropic movement that raises funds and awareness for Children\'s Miracle Network Hospitals to support children with critical illnesses. As Hospitality Coordinator, I lead initiatives that enhance donor stewardship, community engagement, and event hospitality. I organize creative programming and \"Share-It\" events to increase donations and awareness. I will help plan and host a Hospitality Retreat and coordinate thank-you efforts for restaurant donors, including certificates and hand-delivered hospitality packets. I track past donation data to minimize waste and build a comprehensive donor list at the start of the year to maximize impact.
