Alongside my previous responsibilities as a Talent Development Advisor, I now design and facilitate training and coaching sessions at different levels across the business. I have designed and am now delivering a new internal Management Skills Development Programme which is being rolled out to all managers across the group.I also utilise Facet5 to facilitate team days which aim to explore the personalities that exist in the team and how they can build upon their strengths and recognise their differences in how they work and communicate to create a high performing team going forwards.

My passion is people, having studied Human Psychology at university, and I aim to shape my career around helping people to better themselves through behaviour change.
