I am an ambitious, hard working, plate spinning, problem solving, creative individual with a background across agency and broadcasting. Graduating with a First Class Honors in TV Production with a specialism in Production Management, my career has seen me work primarily across creative agencies and broadcast. I spent 7 years at JonesMillbank, working my way up to Senior Account Manager/ Senior Producer. My role saw me working closely with clients, pitching ideas, planning and managing budgets, creating schedules and timelines, setting up complex shoots and ensuring briefs were met. Developing strong relationships with clients is something that I pride myself in, as a confident communicator I enjoy building these networks and a clear understanding of what a client needs.I\'ve since spent 18 months working at True to Nature, working as a Production Coordinator on a 4 part documentary series for Sky where my role involved setting up complex shoots both in the UK and internationally, working with talent agents, managing schedules, budgeting, and helping to build core sustainability processes for the production. Problem solving, reacting quickly to changes and being highly organised was key for this role.
