When you consider how much time we spend at work, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to enhance employee experience. As the Leadership Insights and Coaching Lead, I conduct leadership assessments for selection and succession purposes. This involves partnering and supporting with development planning and offering ongoing coaching. I work with teams as well to help ensure they are as effective and strong as they possibly can be!
