Responsible for developing / building and delivering a powerful insights platform “smartBI” for our European colleagues. Bringing together numerous data sources in one place to unlock the power of this data to provide insights to key business decision makers.The platform has been designed using the software QLIK to turn data into knowledge. 2018 was the foundation period to learn and develop my skills in QLIK (self-taught) and am now a champion for this tool. 2019 will be the year to engage with our European markets to spread the word on how this platform can deliver insights to drive our commercial performance. Concurrently I will also be working on data literacy, to empower people to ask the right questions.
