About Evan Mirolla

I offer a broad range of strategic visioning and engagement, project management, change management, data analysis, and creative problem-solving skills, all of which have been demonstrated in both public education and nonprofit leadership. With over 15 years of experience in the public education sector, I am a passionate and results-oriented strategist who strives to improve and support people-centered mission and values for impact at the organizational and policy levels. Recently, as the principal consultant of EMco Solutions, LLC (Emerging Collaborative Solutions, LLC), I have provided review and recommendation services to HR, Operations, and Instructional areas of K-12 public education. Recent work has included facility planning and stakeholder engagement; systems development for strategic program development and management for Special Education and CTE pathways; systems solutions to bridge K-12 and higher education in dual enrollment data-sharing and cross-sector/department collaboration; change management; preventative maintenance program development within district facilities departments; efficiency reviews; school district bond development planning, analysis, and engagement; stakeholder interviews and data analysis to formulate educational specifications for K-12 public school district facilities. Additionally, I have supported targeted strategic planning to support strategic staffing practices and processes aligned to school district visions. Additionally, I have supported strategic plan development for national and local nonprofits, as well as student internship programs and pathway development between higher education and local industries. As a former teacher, instructional and school systems/program leader, my work has always centered on people and an unwavering belief in supporting a better future for our communities and children.
