My goal for 2021 is to “drive change.”Here are the steps I envision: 1. Become more involved in my community. There are so many opportunities to understand one another better daily. Giving back what I have gained over the last few years is a personal and very important goal of mine. Stay active and proactive. This has dual meaning for me. With the pandemic, it is harder to stay physically active, so I will make a conscious effort to maintain good health and exercise on a regular basis. Also, beyond physical health, paying attention to my surroundings and those around me will allow me to stay proactive. Stay consistent. I think the hardest part about change is keeping to that goal you’ve chosen for yourself. I want to remind myself and others that taking small steps is okay and that if you stick with it, it will eventually become the change you imagined. Hi, thanks for looking through my LinkedIn.
