Create and manage fleet KPI to mitigate maintenance compliance and ensure optimum budget allocation. Manage all IRS reports for fringe benefits for all Messer drivers. Responsible for Travel and Entertainment contract negotiation related to airlines, hotels, car rental and special events. Oversee the corporate safety plans, secure related contracts to roll out training for plant employees and drivers. Coordinate quarterly Messer Board of Directors and Leadership Team meetings on and off site. Manage national contracts such as FedEx, America Express, Hertz, Staples, Cannon, Cintas. Monitor corporate card spend and expense report for over 1200 employees.
