Controls engineer for support of troubleshooting systems that control production of engine components in DD Redford facility. Supporting skilled trades with keeping machines running, maintenance, programming, process changes, improvement and process optimization. Machining systems that are supported are used in production of engine blocks, liners, rods, bearing caps, heads, gears, turbos and other engine elements for HDEP trucks. Multiple architecture environments are being used over the years, but latest controls solutions are implemented using Siemens architecture,(Power line and Solution line - CNC\'s and s7 PLC\'s) from mutiple OEM\'s (Emag, Grobb, Heller, Alfing, Klingerberg, Junker, Hoffman, Nagel, Leibherr, BTI, Fanuc, Kuka etc).
