   As a QA/QC Engineer, my duties are-Inspecting Production & Quality Control Procedures and providing new solutions if required to make everything proceed smooth-Double checking accuracy of the Quality Control Reports that are prepared by Quality Control Technicians work in the Field. Revising procedures to make it understandable and clear for everyone and pushing teammates to be more accurate with what we are doing-Documentation of Quality Control Reports based on projects and procedures.(Such as Pipe Process Control Report, Automatic & Manual UT Test Report, Epoxy Coating Control Report, Welding Parameters Check Report, Incoming Material Conformity Check Report, NCR…)-Transferring all these paper works to electronic environment by using advanced level Microsoft Office Softwares’ skills to prepare detailed Quality Control Documents and Mill Test Certifications (MTR)-Following up test samples by collaborating with laboratories all over the U.S.A to present Y.T.E (Yield-Tensile-Elongation), Chemical and other test results (Such as SEM, Charpy, Brinell Hardness…) to the customer-Working in the field as an Engineer and a Technician at the same time to complete some Quality Control Procedures (Conformity Check of Incoming Materials/Products, DFT and Environmental Measurements…) in case of need.
