ABOUT EMIR CARKOVIC
I am a recently graduated PharmD with proficiency in natural sciences, communication, and humanities. Currently in pursuit of further development in bioinformatics, pharmacoeconomics, health economics outcomes and policy research, pharmacoeconomics, and further real-world data analysis. I have experience in academic detailing, real-world data collection and analysis, cosmetics manufacturing, production scale-up, large-scale consumer data research through to mail-order/long term care warehouse pharmacy technician and packaging roles. Previous coursework, practice and competence in cellular animal and plant biology and microscopy, microbiology, organic chemistry, as well as psychology, pharmacology and pharmacy laboratories/research methods. As a lifelong learner, I strive to stay involved in community outreach efforts in order to keep myself in touch with the need closest to home. I\'ve just recently had the pleasure to edit and review abstracts/manuscripts pre-publication, and am aiming to author an abstract and manuscript in the implementation and harm reduction space. Continued growth and learning are what motivate me to one day thrive.
