This entitles task management of all departments\' action items necessary to launch a new community successfully. Establish the HOA of all communities by initiating the CC & Rs, By­laws, and pro formas. • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to land transactions, due diligence, permits, contracts, and other relevant information. This helps in ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the department. • Communicate effectively with external vendors, contractors, and consultants involved in land acquisition, entitlement, and development processes. Draft, review, and manage all contracts related to vendors and proposals. Ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner. • Maintain a database of developers, small builders, and other key players in the home building community to market for land buying opportunities. Create a dynamic marketing schedule for continued contact with the database.
