As a communications specialist and digital editor, I work with a marketing team to maintain the online presence of UCSF Health and UCSF Benioff Children\'s Hospitals, University of California\'s premier academic health system serving the Bay Area, Northern California and beyond. I manage editorial and marketing projects, provide copy, editorial support and content strategy to assist with strategic marketing campaigns, institutional communications and our websites. I also manage our system\'s partnership with a local radio station that airs weekly interviews with UCSF\'s clinicians and researchers, booking guests and coordinating with producers and on-air talent. I write, edit and manage digital content to fuel organic search, while educating and delighting our consumer health care audience. I collaborate with internal and external marketing liaisons, social media producers, photo editors, UX designers and web producers to maintain and improve UCSF Health\'s digital presence. I also mentor and support the work of our editorial freelancers.
