Promoted to team lead. Managing a team of two research operations specialists and now part of the design leadership team. I\'ve taken the opportunity to broaden my experience to include B2B and Travel and focus primarily on UX Research Operations. My role sits within a Product Design team of ~ 30 product designers, content designers, and UX researchers based across London, Barcelona and Edinburgh. I am focused on supporting the TravelPerk team to mature their Research and Research Operations practice. I also provide research practice leadership and mentoring, alongside designing and running fieldwork, when needed

I am an experienced hands-on User Researcher who enjoys helping brands and colleagues get closer to their customers through various forms of research- Significant e-commerce experience- 12+ years experience embedded in UX and Product teams- 4+ years experience working in scale-up environments including B2B - Extensive experience designing and delivering in-depth interviews both remotely and in-person and unmoderated research design- Significant experience setting up a user research practice, governance and operations in both B2B and B2C environments Outside of work, you are likely to find me seeking out a flat white or chai latte, attempting yoga, or cycling in South London, Kent, or Europe with my husband and daughter.
