About Emily Spicer
I am a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and I will complete my Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota in 2020. In addition, I have obtained my Personal Training and Health Coaching Certificates through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also certified in Youth Fitness, Mind-Body Connection and Yoga. I am extremely passionate about health and wellness and being able to help others achieve their lifestyle goals! My mission is to motivate and inspire daily! Believe in yourself, be passionate about life, compassionate for others, laugh as much as you can and know that there are NO LIMITS to what you can do!
