I am a senior clinical recruiter of managed health care services, with over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry. As an AIRS certified diversity recruiter, I have the skills and knowledge to source, attract, and hire diverse and qualified clinical professionals for my employer\'s mission of improving the quality of health care for individuals and families.In my current role, I work with corporate and campus leaders to forecast and plan for key staffing needs, and manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple business units. I use various sourcing channels, job boards, and networking resources to reach passive and active candidates, and conduct skills testing, interviews, reference checks, and background investigations to assess their fit for the open positions. I also negotiate contracts, coach candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers, resulting in successful placements and high retention rates. I am passionate about finding and hiring the best clinical talent for Molina Healthcare.
