I have the pleasure of collaborating with Executives around the world on complex problems related to talent, strategy, sales, performance and growth. Over the past eight years these efforts have contributed to the development of national, multi-national and international engagements, across all industries, reaching countless people across hundreds of organizations - from start-ups to Fortune 500s. Prior to joining professional services I started my career in capital markets, sales & trading (spending time in foreign exchange, prime brokerage, and equity derivatives) and leverage a natural orientation towards data & detail to drive informed decision-making and results. I then spent five years at an award-winning global SaaS firm specializing in innovation, change management and design thinking. Today, I stand beside a team of innovative, purpose-driven subject matter experts that are equally motivated to exceed expectations; together we create unforgettable experiences that elevate performance, drive growth, and advance business results. As the VP of Client Relationships I take pride in developing relationships built on trust - delivering strategic direction, thought leadership and custom talent solutions that drive sustained behaviour change.
