Ensure that Iron Mountain’s ESG reporting is accurate, compelling, and data-driven. Responsible for calculation and compilation of corporate emissions inventory and associated customer requests. Led submission and validation of SBTi targets, including a near-term supplier engagement target. Lead data strategy & collection for supplier engagement on emissions accounting and integration of supply chain data into Iron Mountain\'s Scope 3 inventory. Develop and project manage improvements in various ESG ratings and rankings, including CDP and EcoVadis, leading to an increase from Bronze to Silver in 2025. Stay up-to-date with regulatory reporting requirements in line with drafted versions of EU CSRD, and CA SB2 53, among others.
