About Emily Otto
I spent the last decade in the Army, in military intelligence and cyber operations, including a deployment to Afghanistan and collaboration with FVEY and coalition partners. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at Johns Hopkins SAIS, focusing on Military cyber forces and cyberspace as a means to pursue national strategic aims. Additionally, I am a Non-resident Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), where I contribute to the Digital Innovation Initiative and the Transatlantic Defense and Security program.
